Are your products made to order?

Yes-every piece is printed individually once your order is placed. There's no mass production here. Just made-to-order designs created to last.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because all items are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos so we can fix it fast.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Production usually takes 3-7 business days, then shipping times vary by region:

-UK & EU 5-10 days

-USA 7-14 days

-Rest of world 10-20 days

You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary based on location and are shown at checkout.

What sizes do you offer?

Most our apparel runs from XS-3XL, depending on stock. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Where can I find past designs?

Once a monthly drop ends, it goes in the vault. You can view all archived designs under the Bleak Vault-but once they're gone they're gone.

What's the difference between Bleak Monthly and the general shop?

Bleak Monthly designs are limited edition drops-released on the 1st of every month and only available until the last day. Once the month ends or we sell out (limited to 20 total prints each product) they're archived and never printed again. The general shop is our evergreen collection and includes our core designs and they stay available year round.

When do monthly drops go live?

Each Bleak Monthly release goes live at 00:00 on the 1st of each month and then disappear at midnight on the last day. They won't return-so if you see once you love, grab it while it's here.

Can I pre order or reserve a Bleak Monthly design?

No pre-orders, no holds-it's first come, first served.

Will evergreen designs ever be replaced or retired?

Occasionally, yes. We evolve over time-if a design feels like it's run its course, it may be retired to make room for something new.
